Synced the flashing for all contacts in the contact list. Fixes #441625.

	- Reworked the flashing to have one heartbeat callback for the entire
	  contact list.
	- Made it possible to remove FlashData and FlashTimeoutData.
	- Now blinking in sync for all contacts. Fixes #441625 (Mikael
