	create SVGs of the quick-reference

	* stylesheets/keys.xsl
	* stylesheets/keys-docbook.xsl: renamed to make it
	understandable what the stylesheet intends to produce

	* web/downloads.xml: updated PDFs contributed by Marco Ciampa

	* po
	* po/gimp-keys.pot: created po template for new translations

	* po/it.po: moved translated strings from gimp-keys.xml to po
	file
