Log:
Use Mono.Posix native file delete method instead of System.IO.File.Delete. For some users, this removes lock-obtain-time-out errors. Reason why the mono method does not work but the native method work is unknown. One of the users who was seeing the lock error before is running a patched system for 3 weeks without any problem, so I am going to commit this one.
