Log:
Fixes, addons and extensions for XV/DX from Matthias Schneider:
- sets a PIP ratio of 1/5 when in FS and 1/3 when not in FS with DX and XV
- adds a display of sent and received framerate to the stat output
- adds the possibility to deactive XV and SX via a gconf setting
- fixes a leak of the GC
- does not do fallback when PIP in XV output mode failes - simply dont show the PIP
- disabling of FS mode when in one-way video mode
