Add a getBrother() method to BrotherObjects.

New file to contain the test pitivi objects
* tests/test_timeline_objects.py:
Unit test for the pitivi.timeline.objects file.
Only contains tests for the BrotherObjects, still need to add tests
for the TimelineObjects.
