	* gdl/gdl-dock-item.c, gdl-dock.c: Implemented a heuristic
	algorithm to determin best docking place for new items. Improved
	'preferred size' negotiation for dock items (required in the
	algorithm.
	
	* configure.in: Bumped version to 0.7.3
