        * tests/Makefile.am:
        Cleans up "DEP_LIBS" versus "DEPS_LIBS" and generally 
        simplifies configure.in PKG_CHECK_MODULES usage.
        Drops $(no_undefined) WIN32 clutter (-no-undefined is 
        the same as -z defs ) 
        Fix #410861
