Log:
Change "child indexables" to "filter-generated indexables", now that
indexables needn't necessarily have a parent-child relationship.  This
should allow us to have filters which set properties on other files
(like XMP sidecar files).  It's now the responsibility of the filter to
create the parent-child relationship before adding them.

Also make building inside the Filters directory conditional on the
assemblies it depends upon (the Makefile.am change).
