GpmPower and GpmBattery confuse me greatly. I'll be abstracting these
out in the next few days into GpmCellUnit, GpmCell and GpmCellAray,
which hopefully will be easier to read.
Add the GpmCellUnit helper, and unit tests for now, but nothing
uses it yet, so no worries.
