	* app/tools/gimprectangleselecttool.c
	(gimp_rect_select_tool_execute): if the user clicks inside an
	existing selection, initialize the rectangle tool to the entire
	selection, not just to the part of it that is within the active
	drawable. Also removed some dead code.
