* xsltconfig.h.in: added setting of TRIO_REPLACE_STDIO when TRIO
  routines are required.
* namespaces.c, xsltutils.c: enhanced handling of stdio.h vs. trio.h
  when trio routines are required (now use XSLT_NEED_TRIO)
  (bug #412787)
