Log:
* Implemented AccountManager
* Change key value from string to int in MessageIdentity, IncomingServer 
and Account for convenience
* Made ProfileManager.Clear () to actually work. Also some minor updates.
* Extended the PropertyStore with ToString () and an Equal-method. Also 
added an Equal-method to PropertyValue.
* Added a monodevelop project (just for easy management of source files; 
won't build beagle)
