	Fix crash when icons on the splash screen needs to be relayout-ed bug
	#446558.

	* splash-widget.c: (splash_icon_destroy): free transformation data
	(re_laydown): prepare the transformation effect again, since we need
	we freed the icon pixbuf
	(prepare_trans_effect): new, based on code from
	splash_widget_add_icon(), and update the icon on the splash screen if
	it was already displayed
	(splash_widget_add_icon): updated
	(update_icon_with_effect): new, based on code from
	update_trans_effect()
	(update_trans_effect): updated
