	* autogen.sh:
	  Use '=' instead of '==' to test for equality, dash in gutsy (which
	  seems to be the default shell now) doesn't seem to like '=='.
	* tests/conn_http_test.c:
	  Add cast to fix compiler warnings due to printf format.
