        * patches/src680/apply: cws/patch integrated in m222
        * bin/build-ooo: do some stuff to build URE stuff which isn't done
          in the "normal" build
        * bin/ooinstall, bin/package-ooo: install the URE again
          (for VENDORNAME==Debian only for now)
        * patches/src680/static-libs-use_pic.diff,
          patches/src680/hunspell-libs-use_pic.diff: work around 2.3.x
          brokeness
        * src/ooonologointro.bmp: looks obsolete, remove
        * patches/Makefile.am, patches/postgresql/*, patches/src680/apply:
          add patches for building the PostgreSQL SDBC driver (extension!);
          not yet enabled anywhere except in "Experimental"
