2007-07-12  Fridrich Strba  <fridrich strba bluewin ch>

        * patches/src680/wpgimporter.diff, patches/src680/libwpg.diff,
          download.in, bin/unpack: uploading a new libwpg that fixes a load
          of RLE decoding bugs and adds support of more colour formats in
          WPG bitmaps as well as allows to convert embedded binary images in
          non-wpg file-formats (i.e. embedded WMFs, etc.).
