        * apply.pl.in: Canonicalize subset/milestone names so they're 
          compared case-insensitively, allowing for 
          [ Foo < src680-m216 < SRC680_m216 ] to be replaced with
          [ Foo < src680-m216 ].  Ensure that subset names actually 
          exist, so that [ UnreferencedSubsetName ] generates an error.
