        * gtk/src/toolbar.ccg:
        * gtk/src/toolbar.hg: get_tooltips_object(): Reimplement 
        to fix the build because GTK+ broke the API of GtkTooltips::tooltips
        (renaming it to GtkTooltips::_tooltips). I think I read that they 
        will change it back before a stable release.
        Deprecated get_tooltips_object().
