	* plugins/jamendo/jamendo/JamendoSource.py:
	Throw away data as early as possible, and abuse the musicbrainz album
	ID field to store jamendo album IDs.  Reduces memory usage by about
	30MB.  From bug #424423.

	Also, emit cover art notifications in an idle handler, so they
	actually work.
