	* app/core/Makefile.am
	* app/core/core-types.h
	* app/core/gimpchannelundo.[ch]: new GimpItemUndo subclass which
	handles all the channel undo stuff itself.

	* app/core/gimpimage-undo-push.c: removed all channel undo code
	here and simply create a GimpChannelUndo instance.
