	Apply a one pixel fudge to the Xft character position and width.
	This greatly improves text appearance and hides the misrendering of
	pseudo-bold characters.
	cf bugs 317691, 333157.

	* src/vte.c: (vte_terminal_paint):
		Increase the cursor size to fit around the cell.
	* src/vtexft.c: (_vte_xft_set_text_font), (_vte_xft_draw_text):
		Fudge the Xft font positioning.
