	Copy Behdad's MAYBE_WARN comprehensive set of warnings from Cairo,
	and fixup the immediate compilation failures.

	* configure.in:
		Iterate over a list of warnings and check that they are valid
		for the compiler.
		
	* src/debug.c: (_vte_debug_on):
		Kill fflush() [redundant with g_printerr].
