Log:
Disable building of beagle-build-index, beagle-dump-index, and
beagle-manage-index, and the thunderbird backend for now.

Indexing is now done into buckets, although searching isn't, so you
won't get any results on searches right now.  Removing and prop changes
of child URIs is broken right now.

Next up: getting searches working, then cleaning up the parent/child URI
relationship so that we can efficiently process them.
