	* gtksourceview/gtksourceiter.c: (exact_prefix_cmp): new UTF8
        accent mark-aware replacement for strncmp(), fixes #339805;
        renamed g_utf8_* functions to utf8_* to avoid potential clash
        with glib namespace.
