	* app/base/tile-manager.[ch]: add boxed type GIMP_TYPE_TILE_MANAGER.

	* app/gegl/gimpoperationtilesink.c
	* app/gegl/gimpoperationtilesource.c: use GParamSpecBoxed instead
	of GParamSpecPointer for the tile-manager properties and ref them
	properly. Some cleanup.
