* Tomboy/TagManager.cs, Tomboy/NoteWindow.cs: Committing inital
  autocomplete support, its slow and needs some major optimization,
  but I'm holding off until the Gtk quarks are fixed. Currently Alt
  inserts the selected element, and ctrl scrolls down.
