Log:
* gegl/graph/gegl-node.[ch]: removed gegl_node_disable cache, the
cache is a per instance singleton, and the lifetime should be 
that of the node.
* bin/editor.c: (cb_recompute): if#0'd out use of
gegl_node_disable_cache.
