	Change the gen-introspect to generate namespaced module names,
	such as GLib.Object instead of GObject.
	Add a GLib.gidl which introduces GLib.Object and GLib.InitiallyUnowned, 
	add a --include-idl parameter to gen-introspect,
	and update the parser test.
