	* src/Core/Banshee.Base/StreamTagger.cs: Fix bug where we were writing the
	Artist into the ID3v2 TPE2 frame instead of the TPE1 frame where it
	belongs.  Should fix BGO #490254.

	* src/Core/Banshee.Base/AudioCdRipper.cs: 
	* libbanshee/gst-cd-rip.h:
	* libbanshee/gst-cd-rip-0.10.c: Pass and set the year for the track, and
	actually set the passed genre.  Fixes bug mentioned in comment on BGO
	#490254.
