Log:
Merge changes from LIBEPC branch. To gives Totem the ability to

share its playlists via HTTP. Theoretically also HTTPS would work,
if GStream/GNOME-VFS would setup Neon properly.

* data/Makefile.am: Add publish-plugin.ui. Move totem_logo.png.
* src/Makefile.am: Add totemplaylist-marshal.list.
* src/plugins/publish/Makefile.am: Update CFLAGS with include dirs.
* src/plugins/publish/totem-publish.c: Implement playlist sharing.
* src/totem-playlist.c, src/totem-playlist.h: Add "item-added" and
"item-removed" signal for more detailed information about playlist
changes. Add totem_playlist_foreach for iterating over the playlist.
