Log:
Update for evolution-sharp API changes introduced in 0.13.3, patch from
JP Rosevear.  Now require evolution-sharp 0.13.3.  Handle
EntryPointNotFoundException in addition to DllNotFoundException when
starting up the e-d-s backend.
