2007-08-27  Roman Joost  <romanofski gimp org>

	* tools/show_translation_progress.py
	* tools/README: resurrected an old tool, which creates
	statistics about the translation process. The statistics are
	generated by comparing the gimphelp-ids.h with a gimp-help.xml
	file, which is generated during the transformation from
	DocBook/XML to HTML. Use with care - it still has glitches.
