        * io-error-message-area.ch: Added to create the message area dialogs.
        * comment-panel.c: Now shows the comments.
        * tab.c: Added plural forms support.   
          Now shows an error message if there are errors in the message
          before go to another message.
        * view.c: Added line highlight.
        * msg.ch: Added msg_get_msgstr_plural, msg_get_comment,  
          msg_get_extracted_comments and msg_check funcs.
        * message-area.c: Switched to GtkTooltip.
