	* src/libgnumeric.c (gnm_pre_parse_init) : move the thread and stack
	  init here, along with the call to go_shell_argv_to_glib_encoding.
	(gnm_pre_parse_shutdown) : new.

	* configure.in : More cleanup on the python code in preparation for
	  win32.
