    * src/foiegras/windows/main.py: toolbox improved (icons left to the text,
    and the text is now aligned to the left as well).
    * src/foiegras/windows/main.py: focus given to TextView and cursor is set
    to the beginning.
    * src/foiegras/windows/main.py: MainWindow can open a default document by
    default.
    * src/foiegras/document.py: added get_view() method to Document.

    * data/main.glade: added a HPaned to serve as a sidebar.
    * src/foiegras/windows/main.py: change the Main window layout in the code
    as well (Block and Inline toolbars go to the sidebar as vertical toolbars).
