        * src/orca/orca_prefs.py:
          Fixed bug #462475 â crash due Non-ASCII characters in
          .orca/user-settings.py file. Added the line:
          # -*- coding: utf-8 -*-
          to the beginning of the ~/.orca/user-settings.py file (also to the
          beginning of any application specific settings files written out).
