        * rcd-rpc-service.c: add enable/disable calls, and put a flag for
        that in the service listing call.

        * rcd-services.c: save service enable/disabled information
        * rcd-world-remote.c: always subscribe to the channel

        Now that RCDWorldRemote only supports one channel, channel
        subscriptions don't make as much sense.  Instead, allow services
        to be enabled/disabled.
