	* plugins/document-manager/anjuta-docman.c:
	(anjuta_docman_dispose), (on_editor_destroy),
	(anjuta_docman_remove_editor): Remove the editor widget from
	the parent container before calling destroy, otherwise container
	removal happens after TextEditor is disposed resulting in call
	to value-remove for a TextEditor which is half-dead (crash).
