Log:
Add a new AdditionGenerator class to the file system backend, to handle
a torrent of files being created in an already-watched directory.  This
reduces CPU time and memory considerably when dealing with lots and lots
of files.

Fix a race condition in the RemovalGenerator (and put the fix into the
AdditionGenerator) that would prevent all the files from being
processed.

Remove some deugging spew from LuceneIndexingDriver.
