        * libgthumb/gth-exif-utils.c: (get_metadata_for_file):
        Add mode where it just ensures that the metadata cache is
        up-to-date, rather than fully loading it.

        * src/gthumb-preloader.c: (loader_done_cb):
        Generate metadata cache during preload.
