Vblank changes between version 14.4 and 15.2+

Hi,
I have found that if I run the clutter 14.4 interactive tests in fullscreen, animation is smooth and
tear-free (windowed mode still tears). If I run the tests in any version higher then 14.4, even in fullscreen
the tests show tearing.
I did a diff between the source files of 14.4 and 15.2, and I don't see anything that would explain this
change in behavior. Does anyone have any ideas?
