And unfortunately the protocol has changed again. :-)

cogl for new the Wayland can be found on rbradford/cogl-1.12/wayland-0.99
clutter branch is wayland-0.99.

I'll work with the cogl maintainers to get that integrated and then
land the Wayland changes to Clutter.
