Calling to the python file and then call R and the library("EMD") is slow. also
EMD loads fields and spam packages.

Some solutions:
1.- do this only one time and then access opened R session
2.- include-link EMD, fields and spam in the R executable, maybe do an
executable using R-portable, and this executable comes with that files
