Add countries to database for jumper and for evaluator

take countries from here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_continent

process like this:

with vim:
1 selected all
2 substitution

eg.     from:   AF AO AGO 024 Angola, Republic of
