Add an option to output a csv file

Two possible params: port, outputfile.

If called without them, ask the user each param

maybe full call can be (linux and windows)

chronojump_mini.sh -p /dev/ttyUSB0 -o myFile.csv
chronojump_mini.bat -p /dev/ttyUSB0 -o myFile.csv

check always if output file exists and ask for rewrite
