installer works for linux and it's close to work for windows (it needs to setup
ok a path in the chronojump.bat and chronojump_mini.bat)

database moving it's ok

uninstaller doesn't delete db (it's ok)

remains to detect mono and install if needed

remains to install the ftdi driver on windows
