Add it in preferences, treeviews, stats (sqlite also). Try that all
calculations are done in util.cs (also the calculations on the sqlite call).

When calculating height in CMJ and CMJl:
- don't apply corrections
- apply Kibele (98) correction 
- apply Lara (06) correction
