Firmware needs a default_bonces_value (100 is ok), but Chronojump will have
values on preferences like (eg): jumps: 100; runs: 100; pulses: 20; photocels:
? ...
also new pairs (name/value) can be added, an every new evenType will define
this.
Then a new table for the DB is needed: "chronopicBounce" with this name/value
