redirect stream to camera source

Hi Cheese Team! 

Is it possible to use the Cheese-y effects and integrate them with other webstreaming tools such as Zoom, go-to-meeting, MS Teams, etc? The idea would be to redirect the output of Cheese to another "camera" device so it could be selected as a source for the above applications.
