Suggested improvements for Cheese

Hello!

Cheese is an application to take pictures and make videos for fun and 
share with others.
However, the usability are beyond, and in my case I use it as a 
user-friendly tool for my professional work as a therapist.

Cheese & sound-recorder are not considered core apps for Gnome, but 
could be (for me they are).

Therefore I suggest:
- Rename Cheese to "Webcam" or "Camera", or at least include the labels 
"webcam" and "camera" to be searched in the gnome shell.
- Use the recording status indicator. This is a suggestion I have also 
made for sound-recorder 
(https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=757417). It is important to 
have a record indicator when another workspace or second monitor is used 
or application is hidden for other tasks.
- Ability to pause/resume the videos
- Keyboard shortcuts for basic functions.
